Kamera Express takes the final step in the successful integration of Foto Konijnenberg

The integration of Foto Konijnenberg began immediately after its acquisition by Kamera Express. This migration is now coming to a successful close as the label's website is brought under Kamera Express. From Tuesday 4 October 2022, the fotokonijnenberg.be website will redirect to the Kamera Express website.

Kamera Express has been the number 1 in the photo and video market in the Benelux for years and aims to become the number 1 in the European photo and video market too. This integration brings that goal another step closer. “We are proud of this progress,” says Ben Cornelisse, CEO of Kamera Express. “We feel the time has come to let go of the Foto Konijnenberg label and bring it under Kamera Express.”

Kamera Express now has a webshop in ten European countries. In addition, Kamera Express has 13 stores in the Netherlands, 9 stores in Belgium, 10 stores in Germany and 2 stores in Luxembourg.

Over the past few years, Foto Konijnenberg customers have been able to get used to Kamera Express. Until now, the company's website was ‘powered by Kamera Express’, and that is about to change. Kamera Express is choosing to redirect this website, rather than simply keeping it online, because of the single-brand strategy the company follows. Cornelisse: “This allows us to improve our service even further and focus on our main brand and platform: Kamera Express. Through this consolidation, we are making our brand even stronger in the European photo and video market.”

What does this mean for you?

As a Foto Konijnenberg customer, not much changes for you. If you search for fotokonijnenberg.be from 4 October, you will be redirected straight to the Kamera Express website.

At Kamera Express, just as before at Foto Konijnenberg, you can find all your favourite gear. Apart from the different web address, everything stays the same: the products, the customer-friendly service and, of course, all the services you are used to. On top of a huge range of photo and video cameras, the photo and video specialist also has TVs, audio systems and software ready for you.
