When you start recording podcasts, choose the cardio sound. Only the sound from the front is then recorded. If you want the sound to sound as natural as possible, choose omnidirectional sound. Sounds are recorded evenly from all sides.
Finally, you have the option to choose bi-directional sound. Ideal for recording interviews or instruments. Sounds from the front and back are then recorded, while the sound from the sides is filtered out.
