Four recording characteristics of the Boya BY-PM700
The four recording modes that make up the Boya BY-PM700 are: stereo, cardioid, omnidirectional and bidirectional. Stereo captures sounds from the sides, while filtering sounds from the front and back. Ideal for recording general sound.
When you start recording podcasts, choose the cardio sound. Only the sound from the front is then recorded. If you want the sound to sound as natural as possible, choose omnidirectional sound. Sounds are recorded evenly from all sides.
Finally, you have the option to choose bi-directional sound. Ideal for recording interviews or instruments. Sounds from the front and back are then recorded, while the sound from the sides is filtered out.
Boya BY-PM700 easy to connect and operate
The Boya BY-PM70 is easy to connect to a Windows or MacOS computer via the USB connection. Because the microphone uses power from the computer, you don't need batteries. You can use the microphone in an instant. On the front are the volume control and mute function, on the back you can choose the recording character.
