Research and handling costs
For taking on your repair we charge a deposit of € 75, - for the research and handling costs. If you offer a product for repair at one of our stores, these costs are immediately charged. If you send us the product by mail, these costs are settled on a later date.
The (prepaid) research and handling costs are deducted from the total cost of the repair. However, if you want us to return the product when it's not repaired, these costs have to be met. Unless you don't want the product back. The research and handling costs expire then. If you have paid these costs in advance, they will be refunded to your account.
Repairs during the warranty period
If you send a product for repair during the warranty period, we do not charge a fee. Unless there appears to be damage caused by falling or impact, moisture or water damage, or damage caused by improper use. Such damage is excluded from the guarantee.
How does it work?
Do you have a defective item which you want to fix? Follow the steps below:
- Complete the repair form as completely as possible and click send. You will then receive the completed form in your mailbox.
- Print this form.
- Pack the faulty product properly and safely, omitting as many accessories as possible (such as batteries, filters, memory cards, etc.).
- Attach the printed repair form and a copy of the purchase invoice.
- Offer the defective item for repair at the counter in one of our stores or send it, postage prepaid, to:

Once we receive the product, we will send a confirmation e-mail. Please note that the handling of a repair takes an average of 4 weeks!
