Description
Hasselblad XCD F/2.5 25V
The Hasselblad XCD F/2.5 25V is a bright prime lens with a wide focal length of 25mm. This makes this lens ideal for low-light photographic situations, such as nighttime cityscapes, starry skies and dark indoor portraits.
With the 20mm equivalent wide-angle image, the image encompasses a wealth of environmental and subject detail, but also offers plenty for composition and expression. In addition, thanks to the fast aperture, combined with Hasselblad's consistent, high optical performance, you can enjoy rich highlights and shadows.
The optical design of the Hasselblad guarantees razor-sharp images right to the edges and effectively suppresses chromatic dispersions. Furthermore, this precisely engineered optical design allows for a compact body while delivering superior resolution, colour accuracy and a wide aperture. The prime lens also excels at close-up shots with a minimum focusing distance of 25 centimetres with a maximum image scale of 1:5.8.
Thanks to its linear motor and smaller, lighter lens group, this lens delivers an agile and responsive focusing experience when connected to an X- or V-series medium format camera with PDAF support.
