Description
Laowa 15mm f/4.5R Zero-D Shift Lens Hasselblad XCD
The Laowa 15mm f/4.5R Zero-D Shift Lens Hasselblad XCD is the world's widest shift lens for full frame cameras and medium format cameras. It is equipped with an aperture with 14 blades. The degree of shift is ±11 mm for full-frame cameras and ±8 mm for medium-format cameras. The lens is perfect for architectural and interior photography. Towering buildings can easily be captured in a corrected perspective.
The Laowa 15mm f/4.5R Zero-D Shift is made with a 14-blade aperture, producing 14-point sunbursts. Compared to the previous version, the 14-blade solar effect is softer and more subtle. The new aperture also offers different forms of bokeh and light spots in photos. The 15mm f/4.5R createsëer round bokeh on blurred backgrounds. It is smoother and thus more appealing in nighttime urban cènes.
The angle of view of the Laowa 15mm f/4.5R Zero-D Shift is 110° with a huge image circle up to 65mm. The ultra-wide-angle perspective gives photographers great flexibility to frame the subject and background. It is perfect for capturing super-high skyscrapers, stunning architecture and interior objects.
The maximum possible shift of the lens is ±11 mm for full-frame cameras and ±8 mm for medium-format cameras (e.g. Fujifilm GFX/Hasselblad X1D). The shift capability allows photographers to capture straight architecture and interiors. Shifting the lens can remedy perspective distortion, straightening lines that appear to converge in the distance.
