    What is a lens case?

A lens case is a type of bag that is fastened around a lens and thus limits the risk of damage by impact, water or dirt. Thanks to the soft and durable material, often neoprene or nylon, the case provides the desired protection for your lens. The inside is also often provided with a thick protective layer. The lens case can be securely attached to a bag or strap via a lock system. This way, you can easily take the case with you, without it getting in the way.

Suitable for a variety of lenses

Lens cases are made from different materials and can also be used for different types of lenses. With long telephoto lenses, the chance of damage by impact or dropping is much greater than with a smaller lens type. Purchasing a suitable lens case is therefore essential for these lenses. For smaller lenses, it is also advisable to purchase a lens case for both transport and protection. The different models state which type of lens or which length they are suitable for.
