Delivery
If you place your order before 16:30 (UPS) or 23:30 (DHL) and the item is in stock, it can be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided your payment has been received. You will then receive your order within 4 working days via UPS or DHL, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page. Unfortunately, delivery is not possible on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order after 23:30, your order will be processed on the next working day (using the same method as described above).
Same-day delivery
A parcel is usually considered large and/or heavy when it exceeds the standard dimensions and/or weight and is therefore not eligible for standard shipping or cannot be shipped. In this case, please contact our customer service.
Holidays and special days
During bank holidays and special days (such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday), we do our very best to deliver on time. During these days, however, the delivery time may be delayed by 1 working day. We appreciate your understanding. During bank holidays, different opening hours apply or the store is closed.
