This applies both to products you purchased from us and to products you did not purchase from us — as long as the product has a plug or a battery. For example, did you just purchase a new studio flash? Then hand in your old one. You can do this in one of our stores or via PostNL.

You can hand in your old electrical or electronic device free of charge at a Kamera Express store near you. Call a Kamera Express store in your area in advance and drop off your device. We make sure your product is processed in a sustainable way.

Send an email to info@kamera-express.nl for the shipping instructions. Note: clearly state that it concerns sending in and handing in your old equipment.

Make sure you pack the device securely and firmly.
