Artisan & Artist has applied the Ayatake-gumi braiding technique, which has been used since the Kamakura period primarily as part of omogai (a piece of equipment used on the mouth of a horse). One of the characteristics of Ayatakegumi is that various patterns can be created depending on the combination of braided threads.

This beautiful gradient, transitioning from blue to silver, displays stunning colour gradations. Artisans use natural dyes thanks to their expertise and experience, taking into account factors such as temperature and humidity during the dyeing process. Plain weaving reduces the strain on the neck. Furthermore, the fine weaving ensures that the strap feels soft and offers greater wearing comfort.
