DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for Avata

The DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan Card for the DJI Avata offers three replacement units at a small additional cost over 24 months and covers a wide range of accidents.

Keep in mind that:

1. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI drone if it meets one of the following criteria:

• The drone must be brand new and not yet activated;
• Drones activated in the last 48 hours.

2. Once DJI Care Refresh is purchased, your service agreement will be emailed to. DJI Care Refresh is automatically tied to your product and takes effect within 24 hours.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the associated product must be purchased in the same country or region as the benefits of DJI Care Refresh only apply in the region in which it was purchased.

4. Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
