The DJI Flip is the latest addition to the DJI drone family and is packed with advanced features you would expect from DJI. Think a 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor that allows you to take photos up to 48 MP, record 4K/60fps HDR videos and AI-based tracking. In the process, the drone again features various control options and a maximum flight time of 31 minutes. What makes this drone truly unique are the propellers with foldable propeller guards.

Safety and reliability

The DJI Flip stands for safety and reliability. For example, the drone has built-in propeller guards that are fully collapsible. In addition, the DJI Flip is equipped with an advanced 3D infrared system, which allows it to automatically detect and avoid obstacles, even in the dark. This way, you don't have to worry about the drone colliding with anything.

Recording capabilities

Filming with the DJI Flip is easy. Press the mode button, choose the mode you want and the drone does the rest - all without a controller. Whether you're biking, hiking or skateboarding, the AI Subject Tracking follows you effortlessly, always in focus, always razor sharp.

For creative shots, the DJI Flip offers six different shooting modes: Dronie, Circle, Rocket, Spotlight, Helix and Boomerang. These allow you to give your videos a personal touch.

Controls

The DJI Flip offers several ways to control the drone. You can use a controller, such as the RC Motion or DJI Goggles, which allows you to control the drone over longer distances. This ensures stable video transmission up to 10 kilometers in 1080p/60fps, with built-in anti-interference capabilities for clear image. For an immersive experience, you can use the FPV Goggles to experience the flight from a first-person view.

In addition, it is possible to control the DJI Flip with your voice. Saying the command “Hey Fly” activates the DJI Fly app, which allows you to easily give flight commands. The app reduces background noise for optimal sound quality and also offers options to edit your videos directly.

Razor-sharp, high-quality footage

With its 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor, the DJI Flip offers images in stunning quality, with up to 4K resolution at 60 fps. You take photos in 48 MP and can zoom in up to 4x to capture distant objects in sharp focus. For slow motion videos, you can shoot in 4K at 100 fps and vertical shooting is possible in 2.7K. Thanks to the 10-bit D-Log M color mode, you get natural color gradations and super-sharp details in all your images.
