DJI OM Multifunctional Module 2

The DJI OM Multifunctional Module 2 is a plug-and-play expansion for the DJI Osmo Mobile 8P that significantly enhances the tracking and lighting capabilities of your gimbal. Connect the module via the USB-C port on the roll axis and attach it with the reversible quick-release mount, without tools, in one simple movement. The module is fully compatible with all DJI OM magnetic clamps and the Magnetic Quick-Release Mount.

Thanks to on-device AI, the module processes tracking independently, regardless of your smartphone’s performance. It smoothly follows people, cats, dogs, vehicles and objects. To track general objects such as products, collectibles or vehicles, you manually select the subject on screen. The object must have a clear silhouette, sufficient contrast with the background and cover at least 10% of the frame. Gesture control lets you start and stop recording without touching your phone, ideal for solo vlogging.

The built-in fill light delivers 40 lux at a distance of 0.6 metres and offers 8 brightness levels and 8 colour temperature settings, from 2500 to 6500 K, so you can create sharp, well-lit footage even in low light. If you want to charge your phone via the module, use the official charging cable, USB-C to USB-C with PD fast charging. If you have a phone with a Lightning connection, you need the separate Phone Charging Cable, USB-C to Lightning.
