The Elinchrom Quadra Pro Head is a powerful, fully functioning miniaturised flash head that fits perfectly with the 400Ws Ranger Quadra packages. Weighing only 283 grams and measuring only 8.0 x 7.5 cm, the head is not only easy to pack and eminently portable, but can also be mounted in situations that would be impossible for a full-sized flash head.

While the Pro designation refers to the system's standard head, it should in no way be considered an underperformer compared to its "A" counterpart. On the contrary, the Pro head is capable of very fast flash durations of just 1/3,000 seconds, perfectly suited to most applications and ideal for use with HyperSync shooting.

The Quadra Pro flash head does away with conventional halogen modelling lamps in favour of a low-consumption PilotLight LED that produces the tungsten equivalent of 50 W of tungsten light output. The flash head comes with a removable 2.5-metre cable, while optional extension cables are available.
