H&Y K-Series Holder Mark III + Drop-in Natural CPL + Swift Adapter 67/72/77/82mm
The key improvement over the previous Mark II model is the switch from a retractable screw-lock system at the rear to a magnetic + slide-lock mechanism, making installation significantly faster and more intuitive. The holder is fully compatible with existing magnetic square filters and drop-in filters from the K-Series, preserving the popular magnetic operation and efficient filter workflow.
The adapter rings are now compatible with the REVORING Swift Magnetic Adapter (RM-AR) system. This enables simple, tool-free attachment with a single press, greatly reducing setup time. (Note: The KH3 is exclusively compatible with Swift Magnetic Adapter Rings [RM-ARxx], designed with ultra-thin profiles for wide angle lenses.)
The conventional [SAR-xx] adapter rings supplied with earlier K-Series filter holders are not compatible.
Unlike the previous generation, which supported filter threads up to 86 mm, the new system now supports threads up to 95 mm, broadening its range of applications. The slimmer design of the system also minimises vignetting. A two-point slide-lock mechanism secures the holder to the adapter ring. In addition, magnetic filter retention screws keep filters firmly in place even under rear impact, which is particularly useful in outdoor environments such as riverbanks.
With earlier K-Series holders, square filters could come loose under a strong impact from behind. With the Mark III, you benefit from the convenience of magnetic filters combined with enhanced security — ideal for use near water or in demanding environments where dropping filters is simply not an option.
Improved cap system
Alongside the classic LC100 magnetic cap for the holder, the new system introduces a magnetic cap [LC-82F] that fits directly onto the adapter ring when the holder has been removed (compatible with all RM-AR sizes).
