Galerie Fibre Digital has been developed using the latest black-and-white silver halide emulsion technology. It features spectral sensitivity and exposure characteristics specifically tailored for optical digital exposure systems with three-colour laser enlargers or LED systems from Durst, Océ, Pollielettronica, and others. Like other ILFORD fibre-based papers, it can be washed to archival standards.

Galerie Fibre Digital is an upgrade featuring a completely redesigned emulsion. The new emulsion offers significant improvements over the previous product:

• Improved Dmax — Up to 2.3 OD
• Enhanced latent image characteristics after exposure
• Optimised sensitometric curve shape for easier and more accurate calibration
• Improved speed and better balance between RGB sensitivity
• Better detail in highlight and shadow areas thanks to more precise calibrations
• More robust in machine processing systems
• Please note: Not all processing systems are capable of correctly transporting and washing fibre paper
