The JJC LH-SH182 Lens Hood is a lens hood with a filter access window. A lens hood blocks unwanted stray light so it doesn't enter the lens.

JJC LH-SH182 Lens Hood

The JJC LH-SH182 lens hood is specially designed for the Sony FE 28-70 mm F2 GM (SEL2870GM) lens and features an adjustable window for ND and CPL filters. It is made from high-quality ABS material, making it sturdy and durable.

The interior has a matte finish to further reduce stray light entering the lens. When mounted, this lens hood causes no vignetting and does not interfere with the use of 86 mm filters or lens caps. In addition, by extending the front of the lens, it effectively prevents unwanted stray light and provides extra protection against accidental knocks. The lens hood can be reversed onto the lens for compact storage and easier transport. The JJC LH-SH182 can serve as a replacement for the original Sony ALC-SH182 lens hood.
