The Manfrotto 504X is a robust aluminium video head with a patented open bridge design that delivers stable and smooth performance. This special technology allows for a wider surface at the top, which allows the use of a long sliding plate. This provides more stability and balance during recordings. The 504X has a maximum load capacity of up to 12 kilos, making it suitable for use with heavy-duty photo and video cameras and rigs. Thanks to four different presets in the counterweight system, you always have a good balance, regardless of the size or weight of your camera. The variable friction components ensure smooth and precise operation during pan and tilt movements. With the help of the illuminated spirit level, you can set your equipment exactly as you want, even in the dark.

The 504X video head comes standard with a 504PLONGR-1 sliding shortcut plate with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 connection to balance your camera properly on your rig. With the pan handle, which you can attach on both sides, you can easily make smooth pan and tilt movements.
