The Maxima Rapida is a compact yet powerful bi-colour LED lamp (23,000 lumens), perfect for use on location. It weighs only 1.8kg and is 31cm long, making it very handy. The Maxima Rapida is continuously adjustable and has a variable colour temperature from 2600K to 7000K, allowing you to choose exactly the right lighting whether you are in the studio or outdoors. The lamp has an operating temperature between -25°C and 35°C and an IP54 rating, so if you are shooting in cold and/or humid weather, you can use the Rapida without any problems. The Maxima Rapida has been specially developed and manufactured in Italy and is made to the highest standards. It has a TLCI of 98 and a CRI of 97. The Maxima GaNPOWER motor has a very low noise level between 19dBa and 32dBa. This means that it will not be audible during operation, even when complete silence is required. The Maxima Rapida has a built-in mount for Profoto accessories. In addition, a separately available Bowens Mount is available. This allows you to attach all your accessories to the Rapida in no time. The Maxima Rapdia features Bluetooth 4.2 for pairing with iOS or Android. The lamp can be used on mains power with the included driver or wirelessly via separately available V-Mount batteries. This means you don't have to worry about cables and can move freely on set.
With the Maxima Rapida wide optic 70°, you can produce a wide 70° beam with 14,600 lux at 1 metre. Ideal for the main light, for wide coverage or for fill-in applications. It is specially designed for the Maxima Rapida. Thanks to a simple but secure twist lock attachment, the Maxima Rapida wide optic 70° fits seamlessly onto the front of your Rapida lamp. Like every Maxima product, the Maxima Rapida wide optic 70° is exclusively designed, developed and built in Italy.
