The Peli 1535 Air TrekPak trolley case is extremely solid, watertight, airtight, dustproof and chemical resistant. It is the ultimate carrying case in which all your equipment will find a fully protected shelter. The Peli 1535 Air TrekPak is made of a super-light, patented HPX polymer provided with a honeycomb structure which makes the whole up to 40% lighter than most of the other Peli polymers.

The material is not only extremely light but also extremely robust. The Peli 1535 Air TrekPak been thoroughly tested in numerous drop tests. In full loaded situation it was subject of drop tests from all sides and angles and from different heights onto concrete. The 1535 Air TrekPak was also subject to a rolling test in which the wheels were tested up to almost the absolute limit. The Peli 1535 Air TrekPak was also subject to all kinds of tests to make it completely waterproof, airtight, dustproof and chemical resistant. The 1535 Air TrekPak meets the highest quality standards and has been equipped with a neoprene O-ring to make it dust and (sea)waterproof.

Moreover, the case will float and is pressure-resistant. By the use of an automatic pressure valve dust and moisture remain outside but air is free to circulate in order to avoid that the suitcase sucks vacuum and does not want to open anymore. Peli has also developed a new content distribution system. The system is called TrekPak and consists of in advance installed wall parts, dividing panels, locking pins and cutting tools. You just put your equipment in the case and place the dividers around it and after cut them to size. Because of this your equipment can be packed safely and quickly, as desired. The divider sections, are made of waterproof, closed cell foam and have been tested by constant use. Of course, the bottom part as well as the top part, are completely provided with an impact resistant protective material.
