The Plustek OpticFilm 8100 is a film scanner of high quality for 35mm slides and 35mm negatives with a resolution of 7200dpi. The film scanner converts 35mm negatives and projected slides easily into a digital file.

The OpticFilm 8100 scanner supports the Multi-Exposure feature and ensures that all your images are scanned in excellent quality. Photos are scanned in different exposures so that a more dynamic and better color depth is reached. The Plustek 8100 scanner is easy to control, by means of two buttons and these provide quick options for sharing your images. The scanner has a compact size which makes it easy to carry along and does not stand in the way.

The enclosed SilverFast SE Plus 8 software works very nice in conjunction with the scanner and thus creates a pleasant workflow and even better results. This updated software includes an enhanced user interface and provides an advanced preview option so you can see all modifications immediately before they are applied.
