Shimoda Urban Explore 30, Boa (520-185)
The Shimoda Urban Explore 30 is a sturdy, compact camera backpack with enough space for one or two system cameras, four to six lenses and accessories, such as a 16" laptop. The Urban Explore 30 is the largest bag in this line, but can still be checked in as hand luggage at the airport. The bag comes with a removable core unit. This turns it into a (travel) bag for daily use in no time.
The bag is fully equipped so you can shoot as quickly and easily as possible. You open it at the back, but you can also easily reach your camera via the side pocket, without taking your bag off. The other side has a tripod compartment with extra safety straps. The bag has hidden pockets for your passport, for example, and an AirTag. Handy for travelling.
The back is made of breathable air mesh, so you are less likely to suffer from a sweaty, sore back. The chest strap helps you distribute the weight better. The bag is made of high-quality material with aluminium components and nylon straps. This beige-coloured version has leather zip straps (the black version has vegan hypalon straps). You lift the bag by one of its three handles: top, side or bottom. Finally, the Urban Explore 30 comes with a rain cover. This bag is perfect for travelling or everyday use, whatever the conditions.
