The SmallRig 4253B Dummy Battery Power Cable D-Tap to NP-FZ100 provides continuous power, saving you the trouble of changing batteries between shots. It is easy to use, has an upgraded chip, features full decoding, no pop-up window, is highly secure and fully compatible with all cameras. As it is the same size as the original NP-FZ100 battery, you can easily change the battery without getting stuck. Overvoltage, overheat and overload short-circuit protection, along with fire-resistant PVC and ABS, make this item safe and reliable.

Features of the SmallRig 4253B Dummy Battery Power Cable D-Tap to NP-FZ100

  • How to use: 1. Connect the dummy battery to the V-mount battery; 2. Insert the powered dummy battery correctly into the camera's battery compartment; 3. Close the battery compartment cover. Follow the installation steps when in use. If the camera's battery compartment is not closed, the dummy battery will not work normally
  • Continuous power: With a dummy battery, you can use the D-TAP plug-in to continuously power your camera from an external power supply. This means you don't have to worry about replacing the battery or the battery overheating and losing power due to longer recording times. It is a good choice for video conferencing, livestreaming, time-lapse photography, live broadcasts, extending studio sessions, uploading files to PC and more
  • Works well with V-mount battery: This NP-FZ100 dummy battery works well with most V-mount batteries on the market with the D-TAP output.
