Made specifically for the Sony A7C II and A7C R, the SmallRig 4422 Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7C II / 7CR provides protection for the camera while offering several attachment points for customisable rig configurations. The design of the cage gives the necessary access to the camera's buttons and connection points. Camera attachment is done with a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom and an M2.5 screw on the side.

Several 1/4"-20 threads and 3/8"-16 ARRI anti-twist threads provide attachment points for articulated arms. The hot shoe mount is suitable for a wireless transmitter, fill-in light or shotgun microphone, while a Quick Detach (QD) connector allows you to attach a separately available hand or neck strap.

The bottom of the cage features an Arca-style quick release plate for easy mounting on a tripod or stabiliser. An M4 thread on the front/bottom allows you to attach an optional vertical or horizontal mounting plate. The construction of the cage consists of aluminium and stainless steel for a durable and lightweight product. The rubber lining on the inside ensures the camera is protected from scratches.
