SmallRig 4522 "Night Eagle" Cage kit for Nikon Z 6III
The SmallRig 4522 "Night Eagle" Cage kit for Nikon Z 6III is designed to provide enhanced low angle shooting, a protective housing and versatile camera extension options. The cage has a modern design with clean curves, subtle gold accents and a new bronze-brown colour scheme. The kit includes a cage, a top handle, an HDMI and USB-C cable clamp and a cold shoe mount. The cable clamp has a push-and-flip design that allows easy access to the interfaces without disassembly and prevents unintended signal interruptions, ensuring stable signal transmission.
The detachable cold shoe mount features anti-deflection positioning pins at the bottom. It can be attached to the sides and top of the cage, allowing versatile expansion with microphones (SmallRig ID 3487), LED video lights (SmallRig ID 3286) and other accessories. The ergonomic handle facilitates camera movement and features built-in storage for commonly used screws such as 1/4"-20 screws, 3/8"-16 screws and M2.5 screws. The kit features various expansion interfaces such as 1/4"-20 threaded holes, 1/4"-20 locating holes, 3/8"-16 threaded holes, ARRI locating holes, NATO rail, QD mounts and wrist/shoulder strap holes.
The cage can be expanded with monitor brackets (SmallRig ID 2903B), side handles (SmallRig ID 3847, 4016, 4015, 2093C), top handles (SmallRig ID 2165C, 3765), bar clamps (SmallRig ID 3598), magic arms (SmallRig ID 3875), tripods (SmallRig ID 4465, 4060, 4353), LED video lights (SmallRig ID 3286), microphones (SmallRig ID 3487) and more. The integrated Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom supports Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC. 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro/ RS 4 / RS 4 Pro gimbals, allowing easy transitions between gimbals, handheld and tripod setups.
