The SmallRig 4981 Baseplate for Nikon Z50 II is designed to enhance the ergonomic feel of your camera body while providing essential base protection. It attaches securely to the base of the camera with a 1/4"-20 screw, while the integrated protective padding prevents scratches and ensures perfect alignment.

The innovative hinged door of the battery compartment is tailored to fit snugly to the contours of the camera body, effectively addressing pinky support and improving the overall grip of the camera.

Equipped with a built-in 1/4"-20 threaded hole at the base, this plate offers versatility for expansion options, such as attaching the optional shooting grip (SmallRig ID 4551). Moreover, the integrated Arca-Swiss quick-mount plate allows switching between Arca-type tripods and DJI RS2 / RSC 2 / RS3 / RS3 Pro / RS4 / RS4 Pro stabilisers, allowing effortless transitions between handheld, stabiliser and tripod shooting setups.

The bottom QD port facilitates the seamless attachment of quick-release optional shoulder straps (SmallRig ID 4118), while the strap hole accommodates separately available wrist straps (SmallRig ID 3848 and 4881).

A magnetic detachable key allows quick assembly and disassembly when needed. In addition, the package includes a durable 9H hardness anti-scratch tempered glass protector for the LCD screen.
