The SmallRig Cage Kit is a modular cage kit specially designed for the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K and 12K. The top plate, baseplate and side plate can be used separately or combined for maximum flexibility on set.

SmallRig Cage Kit for Blackmagic PYXIS 6K / 12K – 5281

Do you work with the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K or 12K? Then this modular cage kit from SmallRig gives you the flexibility to adapt your rig to any shooting situation. The top plate, baseplate and right side plate can be used both separately and combined. The kit is compatible with the DJI Focus Pro LiDAR, allowing you to quickly mount and adjust autofocus for smooth and stable recordings. The expandable side plate offers additional mounting points for SSDs and extra stability when filming vertically.

The cage is equipped with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw holes, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating holes and a HawkLock quick release NATO rail. This makes it easy to attach accessories such as a side handle, monitor arm, magic arm or top handle. A built-in cold shoe mount provides space for a microphone or video light, and the QD socket is compatible with QD quick release shoulder straps. The built-in Allen key on the bottom allows quick assembly and disassembly.
