SmallRig 5537 Adapter Plate Kit for NP-F Type Batteries for 15mm LWS Rods (Supports UPS)
This plate can be mounted using a V-mount plate, a 15mm dual rod clamp, or the bottom 1/4"-20 threaded hole, and accommodates one or two NP-F batteries to power your equipment. When two batteries are installed, the hot-swap function lets you replace one battery without switching off connected devices, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply (UPS).
Equipped with multiple output ports – D-Tap, DC (5521), and USB-C – this adapter plate lets you power several devices simultaneously. The ports are strategically positioned to prevent interference with camera operation and the use of top handles. The USB-C port supports an input power of up to 36W, allowing the plate to function as a charging station as well.
An integrated intelligent management chip optimises both discharging and charging: during discharge, the battery with the lowest charge level is drained first, switching to parallel output when voltage is low to enable hot-swaps and power high-draw devices. During charging, the chip prioritises the battery with the highest charge level before switching to simultaneous charging for greater efficiency.
A dedicated on/off switch lets you check battery status and power on the battery with a single press. Holding the switch for longer (2 seconds) disables the output to all connected devices. This simplifies operation and saves energy by eliminating the need to disconnect cables after a shoot. Individual LED indicators for each channel provide an at-a-glance overview of battery status.
