The cage connects seamlessly to the Sony A7C system camera without blocking the battery cover, screen, card slot, or buttons. The cage protects your camera and offers several mounting points for accessories such as monitors, microphones, and LED lighting. The SmallRig Cage with Side Handle for Sony A7C Camera is equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 and ARRI 3/8"-16 connections. The camera cage also has a cold shoe and a built-in Arca-type quick release plate. The camera is secured by a 1/4"-20 screw on the bottom, to prevent further twisting. The cage also has a new side locking system.
