In addition to the special lens elements, the lens is provided with the Tamron BBAR-G2 coating, which suppresses ghosting and flares almost completely. This ensures a lot of detail in your photos, even when they are taken with backlighting.

Tamron RXD Stepping AF Motor

The lens is equipped with the Tamron RXD stepping AF motor, which allows you to focus exceptionally quietly, thus taking pictures of the right quality. But in addition to taking photos, this AF motor is also ideal for videography.
