The Tamron 28-300mm f/4-7.1 Di III VC VXD is an all-in-one zoom lens especially for Sony E Full frame mirrorless cameras. This lens is ideally suited for a variety of situations: from landscape to Macro photography and from Special offer to portrait photography.

This lens is particularly characterised by its large zoom range of 10.7x. Whereas users were previously unhappy with the 28-200mm focal length range as an all-in-one lens, Tamron has expanded this lens to 28-300mm zoom lens.

The optical construction consists of 20 elements in 13 groups, including an XLD and an LD lens element. These elements efficiently reduce chromatic aberrations. The Broad-Band Anti-Reflection Gen 2 coating suppresses ghosting and flares and ensures high-contrast photos even in backlight.

Focusing on your subjects is quick and easy thanks to Tamron's high-quality linear motor focus mechanism. The fast and smooth operation of the VXD autofocus drive ensures you capture fleeting photo moments with ease. The quiet motor also makes it possible to film and shoot unnoticed.

Camera shake is effectively suppressed with Tamron's proprietary VC mechanism. This mechanism allows you to keep shooting sharp images even in the 300mm telephoto mode and in low-light situations, without the need for a Tripod.

Despite its large zoom range, the lens has a very compact design. At just 126mm long and weighing 610g, you can easily stow the lens in your Camera bag and take it anywhere.
