Vizelex Cine ND Throttle Lens Mount Double Adapter - M42

The Vizelex Cine ND Throttle Lens Mount Double Adapter (M42) includes three adapters. One adapter allows an M42-mount lens without aperture arms, or with a non-fully depressed aperture arms and tabs along the screw mount, to be used on a Canon EF- or EF-S-mount camera. A second adapter allows an M42 lens with a fully depressable aperture monkey to be used on a Canon EF- or EF-S-mount camera, while a third adapter allows a Canon EF- or EF-S-mount lens to be used with a Sony E-mount camera. When either of the first two adapters is combined with the third adapter, a compatible M42-mount lens can be used with a Sony E-mount camera.

These adapters are designed both together and separately to support focusing to infinity. Each FotodioX Lens Mount Adapter for M42-mount lens to Canon EF or EF-S mount camera is made of aluminium alloy, while the FotodioX Vizelex Cine ND Throttle Lens Mount Adapter for Canon EF or EF-S mount lens to Sony E-mount camera is made of brass and aluminium alloy, along with a brass mounting ring for a durable, yet lightweight camera-to-lens connection.

The Vizelex Cine ND Throttle Lens Mount Adapter includes a built-in variable grey filter with an integrated control ring. The variable neutral density filter provides exposure reduction from 1 to 8 stops, allowing brightness to be adjusted independently of the camera and lens, enabling more flexible exposure and depth-of-field control while shooting video within a given frame rate.

The integrated control ring has a cogwheel design, allowing it to be paired with separately available follow-focus accessories.
