All your files are kept safe with password-protected 256-bit AES hardware encryption.

The stylish metal design is slim and robust and can take a beating. It is shock and vibration resistant and is drop resistant up to 1.98 metres.

Making a backup is easy with the supplied software. This can be done to another disk or to the cloud. This hard drive is also suitable for Apple Time Machine.

The Western Digital My Passport requires no installation and can be used immediately. It is equipped with USB 3.2 Gen-2 technology and comes with a USB-C cable and USB-A adapter to work with older systems.
