The Sennheiser EKP AVX-3-EU is a compact receiver for the AVX wireless microphone system. It fits directly into the XLR audio input of the camera or recording device. The corresponding adapters connect the EKP to DSLRs with mini-jack audio input.
The receiver is easy to connect. The transmission fully configures itself, making radio frequency setting a thing of the past. The AVX matches the sensitivity of the camera's input without having to adjust the volume of the microphone. It switches on and off automatically with the camera so that the battery does not run out quickly.
