Description
The Sony FA-EBA1 External Battery is intended for the Sony HVL-F60RM and HVL-F60M flash units and helps to reduce flash recycling times and provide more flash per session. Using a battery magazine, up to eight AA alkaline batteries or NiMH batteries can be used to offer up to about 660 flashes per set of batteries, along with fast recycle times of 0.6 seconds. This magazine can also be used with only four AA batteries in place, and when in use, this package will be used as the priority power source to reduce the power consumption of the batteries in the flash
The battery pack is dust and moisture resistant for use in poor conditions and the cable connectors are reinforced for improved reliability. In addition, the included protective pouch can be used to mount the battery pack on a tripod leg or other stand for hands-free use.
