What is the delivery time of my order?
We give an indication of the delivery time for each item so you know how long it will take on average. The exact delivery time of your order depends on the delivery service, the shipping option and the selected delivery time. We aim to process your order on the same day and send it along with the delivery service. Please note that, despite our best efforts, unforeseen circumstances may affect the delivery time.
What are the shipping options?
You can choose from the following shipping options: - Home delivery - Delivery to a different address
Do you deliver all over Ireland?
Yes, we deliver throughout Ireland. We do charge an extra fee for remote areas.
What are the shipping costs?
We charge €9.99 for shipping costs under €100. We don't apply shipping costs for orders above €100. For postal codes in remote areas there will be an additional fee of €25
How can I track my order?
We will keep you informed about the status of your order by e-mail. We do this from the moment you place your order until the moment you receive it. You will also receive a track & trace of the delivery service via e-mail.
I have a complaint about delivery, where can I go?

The wrong Product has been delivered.
Have you received the wrong Product? If so, please contact our Customer Service. Please have the Product and your order number ready so we can help you quickly. Also check if there is a barcode next to the wrong Product.
The Track & Trace is not working.
Check that the postcode and tracking number are correct on the carrier's website. It can take up to 24 hours for the link to be active. Is this not the case? Please contact our Customer Service. Please have your order number ready so we can help you quickly.
I have not received anything, but my Track & Trace says I have
Have you not received your order, but the Track & Trace indicates you have? Then wait a few hours or until the next day. The order may still be delivered. Also check with your neighbours. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service. We will then contact the carrier. Please note that it may take a week or longer.
