Can I place an order with a manual bank transfer?
Yes, you can place an order by manual bank transfer. Please allow 2-3 days processing time. Product will not be held until payment is completed.
Can I pay afterward?
No, retrospective payment is not currently possible.
How does intra-community delivery work?
Business customers can place an intra-community order without VAT. To do this, first create a business account on our website and enter your VAT number. The VAT number must be active and registered in another EU country. After prepayment, we will ship the order to the country where the VAT number is registered.
How long does it take for you to receive my payment?
When we receive your payment depends on the payment method. - Payment by PayPal, credit card or Gift card we receive immediately. - Manual transfers have a processing time of 2-3 days
