Returns
As a consumer, the following return conditions apply
Reflection period & registration
- You have a 14-day reflection period starting from the day you receive your order.
- Register your return easily online via our return page:
https://kameraexpress.returnless.com/en - After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.
Important information about returns
- Return the product in its original, undamaged packaging, and always use an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
- You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a store, but any use beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of value.
- For products where cashbacks or promotions have been claimed before or after purchase, we reserve the right to deduct these benefits from your refund.
- Refunds may be adjusted to account for discounts or promotional amounts already received.
- Once we have processed your return, we will refund you within 3 business days. The time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your payment method.
Specific rules per product category
Photo cameras
- You may unpack the camera, browse the menus and take a few test photos.
- If you have taken only a few photos: full refund possible.
- If you take more than just a few photos: this may result in a reduction of value.
Video cameras
- You may test the camera, but limit recording to a few minutes.
- Recording for longer may cause a reduction of value, as the product can no longer be sold as new.
Drones
- You may unpack and inspect a drone.
- Do not fly or register it if you intend to return the product.
- Once a drone has been registered, your right of return expires completely.
- A drone that has been flown cannot be returned.
Lenses
- Unpacking and briefly testing functionality is allowed.
- Intensive use may result in a reduction of value.
Printers, toners & cartridges
- Do not open sealed or light-/dust-proof packaging.
- Do not print or install cartridges.
- An opened package or any use may result in a value reduction up to 100%.
Audio, in-ear & hygiene products
- Returns are only accepted with unopened packaging.
Software & digital products
- Opened or activated software, licenses or digital downloads cannot be returned.
How to return your product
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging and in an outer box.
- Include all accessories and manuals.
- Do not place stickers or tape directly on the product or its original packaging.
After we receive your return
- We will inspect your product as quickly as possible.
- Everything OK? Then we will process your return and refund the purchase amount within 3 business days.
- Is there any sign of use or damage? We will inform you in advance about any value reduction.
Business customers
- Business orders are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
- Of course, we are happy to assist you in case of disappointment or product questions – feel free to contact our customer service.
