You'll find our photo specialist store in the middle of beautiful Köln, right at the Neumarkt next to the Apostelkirche. The central location offers numerous parking options in nearby car parks, such as the Conti car park at Lungengasse 37. Public transport access is easy too – the Neumarkt stop is a hub for many U-Bahn, tram and bus connections. The main station is about a 20-minute walk away.

Do I need to make an appointment for passport photos in Köln?
No, an appointment is not necessary – just come by and we will take the photos straight away.
Do you also produce the new e-passport photos for official documents in Köln?
Yes, that is no problem for us. We also create biometric e-passport photos for ID cards and passports.
Is the studio in Köln accessible?
Unfortunately the studio is located in the basement. We are happy to assist you on the way down, but unfortunately there is no lift available.
Can I trade in my old camera at Kamera Express Köln?
Of course! Come to our store in Köln and we will make you an offer. Alternatively, you can also request a quote online: trade in your camera.
Can I have my product repaired with you?
Yes! If something on your equipment is defective, we will help you with the repair – both under warranty and for older devices.
Can I have photos printed at Kamera Express Köln?
Yes! Photos up to 30x45 cm can be printed within approximately 40 minutes depending on workload. Larger formats are also available on request, but are not available to take away immediately.
Can I also rent products from you?

Can I park in front of the store in Köln?
Unfortunately not directly in front of the store, but there are several public car parks in the immediate vicinity.
Is there a customer toilet in Köln?
Unfortunately not. However, you will find public restrooms in the surrounding area.
Does comprehensive cover have to be taken out at the time of purchase?
No problem. When taking out the policy, we will inspect your camera in store once more. The cover always applies from the date of first use (purchase date).
What payment options are available at Kamera Express Köln?
You can pay in cash, by debit card (EC card), credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), or via a PayPal payment link.
Can I finance a camera through you?
Unfortunately not directly through us. However, via PayPal as a payment method you can make use of financing options.
Do I receive my money immediately when I sell my camera?
Payment is made by bank transfer to your account. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Can I have my films developed at Kamera Express Köln?
Yes, we accept all films. We develop colour films in our own lab, while slide and black-and-white films are handled by a partner lab.
Do you digitise old VHS tapes in Köln?
Yes, and not just VHS! We also digitise Super-8, audio cassettes, and reel-to-reel tapes.
Do you also repair my defective camera?
Yes, we help with all types of damage and forward your device to the best possible partner workshop.
