Do I need to make an appointment for a family shoot in Stuttgart?
Yes, an appointment is required for a shoot in our photo studio. This allows us to prepare properly and set aside enough time for you and your family.
Can I also book make-up for a photo shoot?
Yes, we offer professional make-up for application photos, business shoots, and of course for all other portrait sessions.
Do I need to make an appointment for passport photos in Stuttgart?
No, an appointment is not necessary – just come by and we will take the photos straight away.
Do you also produce the new e-passport photos for official documents in Stuttgart?
Yes, that is no problem for us. We create biometric passport photos for ID cards and passports.
Is the studio in Stuttgart accessible?
Yes, both the entrance to the store and the way to the studio are fully accessible.
Can I trade in my old camera at Kamera Express Stuttgart?

Yes! If something on your equipment is defective, we will help you with the repair – both under warranty and for older devices.
Can I have photos printed at Kamera Express Stuttgart?
Yes! Photos up to 60x80 cm can be printed within 60 minutes depending on workload. Larger formats are also possible, but are not available to take away immediately.
Can I also rent products from you?

Unfortunately not directly in front of the store, but there are several public car parks in the immediate vicinity.

Unfortunately not. However, you will find public restrooms in the surrounding area.
Does comprehensive cover have to be taken out at the time of purchase?
No problem. When taking out the policy, we will inspect your camera in store once more. The cover always applies from the date of first use (purchase date).

You can pay in cash, by debit card (EC card), credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), or via a PayPal payment link.
Can I finance a camera through you?
Unfortunately not directly through us. However, via PayPal as a payment method you can make use of financing options.
Do I receive my money immediately when I sell my camera?
Payment is made by bank transfer to your account. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Can I have my films developed at Kamera Express Stuttgart?
Yes, we accept all films. We develop colour films in our own lab, while slide and black-and-white films are handled by a partner lab.
Do you digitise old VHS tapes in Stuttgart?
Yes, and not just VHS! We also digitise Super-8, audio cassettes, and reel-to-reel tapes.
Do you also repair my defective camera?
Yes, we help you with all types of damage and forward your device to the best possible partner workshop.
