Upgrading is very simple. On the promotion page you can see exactly which new models and predecessors are included in the promotion. Then bring your current model to one of our stores. There our specialists will assess the condition and functionality of the camera and determine the final trade-in value. This value is then offset against the upgrade price of the new model.
During Upgrade Deals, temporarily increased trade-in values apply for selected models. This benefit is incorporated in the upgrade prices we communicate.
The trade-in value depends on the condition of your camera and is exclusively determined after physical assessment in store. That's why we only communicate the upgrade price based on the highest condition you pay for the new model.
