Make your existing HDMI monitor compatible with a Fairlight console using the Blackmagic Fairlight HDMI Monitor Interface, a compact video signal converter that transforms Ethernet data from a Fairlight Console Channel Control into standard HDMI format. The interface also features an Ethernet/SDI input switch to select the SDI input for lip-sync checks.

In addition to the HDMI Type-A output for connecting to your HDMI display, this interface features two SDI outputs for connecting to an external SDI monitor. LEDs clearly indicate whether the Ethernet and SDI input signals are valid. Configuration and updates are handled via USB, and power is supplied by the included external power supply.

If you're using Fairlight Console components in your own mixing desk with HDMI monitors, you can use the Fairlight HDMI Monitor Interface to generate the graphical feedback from Fairlight Console Channel Control. This compact converter can be discreetly mounted on the back of your HDMI monitor and converts the Ethernet data from the Fairlight console to HDMI.

You get instant graphical feedback on the status of the channel controls, just like the LCD monitor on the Fairlight console. The interface input can also be switched to SDI, allowing you to see the speaker up close to check lip sync during editing. The SDI output mirrors the HDMI output, so you can connect the interface to an external SDI monitor.
