The Blackmagic StudioBridge 100G is a 1U IP video bridge designed to integrate one to two high-bandwidth camera streams into redundant 100G broadcast infrastructures.

Blackmagic StudioBridge 100G

The device supports up to two channels of SMPTE 2110 video at resolutions up to 4K60, converting one 100GbE IP video stream or two IP video streams with a combined bandwidth of less than 100 Gb/s into two 100GbE QSFP28 outputs with SMPTE 2022-7 redundancy for uninterrupted signal transmission. Each input supports automatic format detection for HD and Ultra HD standards, along with 16 channels of embedded audio per stream, ensuring compatibility with modern IP-based production workflows.

The StudioBridge 100G is designed for use in live production and broadcast environments, featuring two 10G RJ45 ports and two 10G SFP fibre interfaces for additional accessory connections. A 2.2-inch LCD display on the front panel with an integrated scroll wheel and buttons enables real-time monitoring of video, audio, and system status, while the built-in speaker and headphone output provide direct audio monitoring. External control is available via a dedicated RJ45 port for NMOS configuration and USB-C for settings and firmware updates. Dual IEC power inputs ensure power supply redundancy and reliable performance.
