The Bresser Spica 130/1000 Mirror Telescope EQ3 is a powerful catadioptric mirror telescope (also known as a reflector telescope). The more experienced astronomer will know that light gathering is a more important factor than magnification. These users will appreciate the large 130 mm mirror, which is capable of collecting and reflecting a significant amount of light. You will be able to view distant objects in the solar system in great detail. The 130 mm aperture and a focal length of 1000 mm with a fast focal ratio of f/7.7 still deliver a sharp, crisp image at a maximum magnification of 260x. The integrated Barlow lens (catadioptric system) ensures that the length of the tube remains relatively compact despite the long focal length.

The equatorial mount offers great ease of use and makes it easy to track objects in the sky. A 3x Barlow lens is included as an accessory, allowing you to increase the focal point. However, this does come at the expense of light output and detail. For this reason, an additional Barlow lens is only recommended when viewing very bright objects such as the moon. With the smartphone adapter, you can take photos and videos of the night sky directly.
