With the 60-sheet automatic document feeder, you can process large stacks of documents quickly and without interruption. The ADS-4550W scans 35 pages per minute, including double-sided documents in a single pass. Via the 7.1 cm touchscreen with 20 configurable shortcuts, you can start the most frequently used scan jobs at the touch of a button, significantly speeding up your workflow.

Thanks to support for AirPrint Scan and the Brother Mobile Connect app, you can scan directly to your smartphone or tablet without the need for a computer. You can send scans straight to a network folder, email server, FTP location, USB flash drive or cloud storage. With the included Brother ScanEssentials software and Kofax Power PDF Standard, you have access to extensive tools for document management and PDF editing.

The advanced image processing functions deliver razor-sharp results, with automatic straightening, blank page removal, punch hole reduction and barcode detection. The scanner is compatible with TWAIN (Windows and macOS), WIA, ISIS and Linux SANE drivers, so you can integrate it seamlessly into your existing system.
