This colour card consists of different chips for chromatic colours, skin tones, greys and exposure control, which you can use in a variety of situations.The Calibrite ColorChecker Video XL is the perfect colour card for your video workflow. This card features several essential colour chips and is perfect for pre-camera checks and wide shots. Use this ColorChecker on location, to be able to work faster and more consistently, either alone or with a crew. This way you not only save time, but money too.
The chromatic colour chips include both saturated and desaturated colours. These are specially designed to correct colour casts in your shots more quickly and easily, and to achieve an ideal colour balance. The skin tone chips range from light to dark, with undertones. This allows you to determine skin tones in your shots more accurately. The colour card also includes two different shades of grey, namely large greys and linear greys. The large shades of grey can be used to coordinate the exposure and contrast of multiple cameras. These are located in the centre of the colour card for maximum ease of use. The linear greys comprise six colour chips that together provide an even grey scale balance. This way you can use the right shade of grey for highlight/shadow areas. The exposure control chips include black & white chips that allow you to create an even exposure in your shots with enhanced accuracy. These are located at the corners of the colour card.
The Calibrite ColorChecker XL Case is a multifunctional sleeve for ColorChecker XL colour cards. The sleeve protects your colour card thanks to the soft jersey fabric inside and the polyester outside. This will make your Calibrite ColorChecker XL last longer. Simply secure the colour card in the case with the elastic bands that are attached in the corners. This Calibrite sleeve makes it easy to use your XL colour card on location. For instance, attach the ColorChecker to a clamp or lamp tripod, using the handle. Taking it with you on the move is easy, thanks to the shoulder carrier strap. The case also has a zipped compartment at the back for your accessories.
