Caruba Gait Pad Canon Type-2

The Caruba Flash Shoe Cover Canon Type-2 is designed for Canon cameras with a standard hot shoe. The built-in flash can be used without the hot shoe cover. The only time you take it off is for the external flash.

The hot shoe also protects the camera's flash contacts from rain and dust and prevents the flash from snagging when you take the camera out of your bag. Most existing flash shoe covers on the market do not support the pop-up flash function. This specially designed hot shoe cap helps solve this problem.

When the user slides the hot shoe cap over the hot shoe connection, the built-in sensor is turned off and the pop-up flash will not respond.
