Cokin EVO Polarizer Kit (M-Series)

This Cokin EVO Polarizer Kit (M-Series) includes an EVO filter holder, with a main plate made of aluminium, making it both sturdy and light. The modular design can contain up to 3 filters in scratch-resistant polyamide slots. A specially designed felt-like mask on the main plate prevents light leakage during long exposure times when using Cokin NUANCES or comparable 2-mm thick glass filters.

An EVO circular polarizing filter (sold separately) can be attached with the supplied front plate. Designed to meet the expectations of photographers, EVO offers different configurations by changing the number of slots (from one to three) or the thickness (maximum 4 mm). The EVO filter holder is compatible with most Cokin CREATIVE adapter rings and filters, allowing existing users to upgrade to the new EVO filter-holder without having to increase filter investments.

The EVO circular polarizer is designed to work seamlessly with the Cokin EVO filter holder system, but fits on any lens with a 95 mm or 105 mm thread. The EVO C-PL uses an HRT-polarizing film that absorbs only 1 f-stop of the light, providing faster and more accurate AF than traditional polarizing filters. The effect is controlled by turning the front ring. Reflections are removed or reduced and reveal the natural colour and subject behind the reflection. This results in more colourful leaves, bluer skies, and more clarity. It also works great on windows and water by cutting the reflection and looking at your subject. The filter comes with an elegant soft-touch box for safe wearing.
