DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew - Matrice 30T
This extension adds an extra year to the current coverage period of your Business Maintenance Plan Plus for the Matrice 30T. This plan is only available to users who already have an active Plus plan. Without this extension, protection ends after the first year and all future repair costs due to damage or accidents are entirely at your own expense.
With this extension, the costs for repair or replacement in the event of accidents, water damage, and signal interference remain covered, with incurred costs deducted from a defined annual financial coverage limit. As long as this budget is sufficient, you do not pay an additional deductible. This financial limit also covers lost or flyaway aircraft, provided the manufacturer’s logbook synchronization requirements have been strictly met. This plan also entitles you to one full factory maintenance service per year, including thorough cleaning and preventive replacement of wear-prone parts. If, during this maintenance or after a damage claim, the batteries are found to be defective or their capacity has dropped too far, they will be replaced free of charge (up to a maximum of two per year).
This maintenance plan is designed for professionals who use the Matrice 30T for complex tasks such as thermal inspections, search and rescue operations, or infrastructure monitoring. It reduces the financial risk of damage to the expensive thermal camera and the advanced positioning module. Please note: this is not a legal liability insurance. In addition, every damage claim requires the equipment to be shipped in for inspection; temporary operational downtime is unavoidable unless you have spare equipment available.
Crucial activation condition: this is an extension. This code can and may only be activated before your current Business Maintenance Plan Plus expires. Exceeding the end date—even by a single minute—makes activation impossible. This plan cannot be combined with a Basic plan and is valid for equipment purchased and registered within the European Union.
