The Care Refresh plan can be linked to a DJI product when:

• The product is new and not yet activated
• Has been activated within the past 30 days

The Care Refresh plan only applies in the region where the product was bought. To make sure you can use the service with peace of mind, you need to buy the DJI Care Refresh Plan and your Osmo Mobile SE in the same country or region.

If your DJI Osmo Mobile SE needs to be replaced, you can get a replacement model for an additional charge of €8. Get a second replacement model for €12. You pay no shipping costs for the replacement service.
