The ML150-RF uses Godox's PaletteLab Color Engine for full-spectrum performance and exceptional spectral density. This results in a CRI of approximately 96 and a TLCI of approximately 96. The colour temperature is adjustable from 1800 K to 10,000 K, and the green/magenta balance can be adjusted from -100% to +100%.

With the included ML-Z zoom lens reflector in spot mode, the ML150-RF delivers up to 14,000 lux at 1 metre distance at 5600 K. Maximum power consumption is 165 W with a DC input of 36 V/4.6 A.

The ML150-RF supports six light modes: CCT, HSI, RGBW, GEL (R-GEL and L-GEL), FX, and X-Y. In FX mode, 14 effects are available, including flash, strobe, lightning, clouds, bad bulb, TV, candle, fire, fireworks, explosion, welding, police car, SOS, colour cycle, and party. Dimming is possible from 0 to 100% with four adjustable dimming curves.

The light can be controlled in multiple ways: directly via the buttons on the unit (colour display, MENU/power button, SET button, mode dial, and MODE button), wirelessly via Bluetooth with a range of 30 m and the Godox Light App, via NFC for quick pairing, via wired DMX/RDM, and via CRMX with a TimoLink adapter.

The ML150-RF features a modular and detachable design with the Godox Mount accessory system. The light can be powered via the included AC adapter, an ML-BA battery (sold separately), or a V-mount battery via the included ML-VMA adapter plate.
